Solar Protect 20 characteristics

Thermal conductivity: at 20°C 0,355 – 0,370 W/mK

Application

The use of the product in closed heating and cooling systems guarantees
efficiency, in the case of open heating systems, consult with the manufacturer,
due to a possible increase in the inhibitor active ingredient content!

The liquid can also be used for flat and vacuum pipe systems, it provides a
liquid state down to -20°C (under pressure, mush can be experienced up to
approx. -28°C).

Temperature range -20°C / +230°C, for short periods under prescribed
operating pressure (usually 4 bar cold system operating pressure) max.
temperature 290°C (up to 5 hours).

Expected service life up to 10 years with operation in compliance with
regulations. It is recommended to check the freezing point and pH before each
winter season, the hydraulic pressure value of the system must be continuously
ensured (e.g. hydraulic pressure, by checking the appropriate pre-pressure of
the expansion tank).

Do not mix our antifreezes with each other!

To avoid electrochemical corrosion, please do not forget to ground the
pipework and appliances (EPH) and to separate dissimilar materials with a
dielectric intermediate screw.

Ready to use liquid, do not dilute further!

Safety precautions

The mixture is not classified as hazardous. Biodegradable, borax-free
product.

First aid

In case of inhalation: there is no risk of inhalation under normal
conditions of use. In case of skin contact: no dangerous effect on the skin.
Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with
eyes: rinse eyes thoroughly with min. 15 minutes with plenty of water. Remove
the contact lenses. After swallowing: rinse the mouth immediately. Do not
induce vomiting - the risk of lung damage is greater than the risk of
poisoning. Call a doctor immediately.

Storage

Keep tightly closed in its original packaging.

Store between +10°C and +25°C in a dry and well-ventilated place.

If stored properly, the product can be stored for 24 months.
