Screw-in Immersion Heating element

Immersion heating element with integrated thermostat, suitable for the direct heating of water heaters and enameled tanks. It consists of three “U” shaped tubular heating element in Incoloy 825, a thermostat sensor, and a threaded brass plug G 1” ½. The heating element has a plastic housing, in which a temperature control (30–75°C) with a limiter (98°C) and indicator lamp is provided. The isolated construction of the heating element helps to protect the tank against corrosion.

In the case of water heating systems in which the glycol (propylene- and ethylene glycol) dilution does not exceed 10%, the electrical heating element can be used, with the use of an inhibitor additive.
