Premium700 anti-biofilm characteristics

the growth of bacteria and fungi

Dosage and application

The dosage described below guarantees efficiency in closed heating and
cooling systems, in the case of open heating systems, consult the manufacturer!

In the case of new systems, fill the system with treated water (e.g. with
the DEMIN-1500 demineralization unit) before putting it into operation, and in
the meantime add the P700 product, a maximum amount of 0.5 liters for a water
volume of 150 l (in the case of Triprotect Kit, according to the description,
add it as 2nd substance during filling). Leave the biocide in the system, do
not drain it. After preliminary cleaning and washing, P700 can be combined with
the P100 inhibitor product.

Disinfection can also be achieved by adding this product when cleaning
slightly dirty, new systems: add 0.5 liters of P700 biocidal product to the
P400 neutral cleaner (for a maximum system volume of 150 liters), then circulate
the 2 substances in the heating system for the period described in P400. After
cleaning, drain and flush the system.

For dirty, old systems, use it with the P800 additive!

 

Mix ratio

Maximum dilution 1:300

A maximum of 150 liters in the case of a 0,5-liter package, and a maximum
of 1500 liters in the case of a 5-liter package, for treated water produced
with a DEMIN-1500 demineralization unit.

 

Safety precautions

The product contains dangerous substances: 1,2-benzothiazol-3 on (2H) (25
g/ kg), on 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3 (25 g/ kg).

P303+P361+P353 IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all
contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water [or shower].

P305+P351+P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for
several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue
rinsing.

P310 Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.

P333+P313 If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical
advice/attention.

 

Storage

Keep tightly closed in its original packaging.

Store between +15°C and +25°C in a dry and well-ventilated place.

If stored properly, the product can be stored for 12 months.

 

Waste treatment

Do not throw it away with household waste. Do not flush down the drain.
Store waste temporarily in its original packaging. Dispose of the packaging as
hazardous (N) waste according to the Waste Act.
