Dosage and application
The dosage described below guarantees efficiency in closed heating and
cooling systems, in the case of open heating systems, consult the manufacturer!
A SAFETY100 filter must be installed before cleaning! It can also be used
as an element of the Triprotect Kit, with their components remaining in the
system (added to the system after preliminary administration of P100 and P700).
Dosage: 0.5 liters of P400 neutral cleaning additive for 150 liters of treated
water, dilution ratio: 1:300. It increases the efficiency and durability of the
systems, while it is not acidic or corrosive when diluted. It is suitable for
removing deposits, production lubricant additives and oil derivatives, but also
for removing the remains of glycolic liquids in cooling systems. Developed for
industrial and residential use. It exerts its maximum effect when added to
properly treated water (not softened with table salt).
If you use it for cleaning for 1-4 weeks, the concentration can be
increased up to 5% depending on the degree of contamination, after which the
system must be washed. Then flush and fill the system with treated water (for
example with the DEMIN-1500 demineralization unit), then add the P100 inhibitor
mixture and the P700 biocidal product.
For dirty, old systems, use it with the P800 additive!
Compatible with EN 14868
